Do I need developers to set this up?
No. The portal runs on Softr + Airtable. If you’re comfortable using tools like Notion, ClickUp or Webflow, you’ll be fine. The deployment SOP walks you through each step.
What if we already use Airtable or another PM tool?
Great. You can plug the templates into your existing Airtable base, or run the portal alongside your current PM tool. Most agencies keep ClickUp/Asana for internal tasks and use the portal just for client-facing work.
Isn’t this similar to other client-portal tools?
